Group Fitness Classes

As a committed community center toward the holistic approach to wellness, it is imperative our offerings in aquatics and fitness be strong. To do to this, we offer water aerobics and group fitness classes, everyday. Our offerings for 2014 have grown significantly from the year before. We currently offer twenty-three classes per week, with this number expected to grow in the coming months.


Currently, we offer Best Body Challenge, a full body strength and light boxing class, Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, traditional Boot Camp, Core Fitness, Body Sculpt and Aqua-walk and Aqua-fit. Specialized classes, such as Body By Leighton are available. These modalities are imperative for the spirit, mind, and body connection. They work in collaboration with individual fitness, and mark a vital part of any workout prescription.


In addition to these classes, the indoor track, located above the basketball court, is a perfect alternative to the treadmill, elliptical or stationary bicycle. It is better on the knees and a more natural movement for the body. Run, jog or power walk this track. Just nineteen laps and you will have completed one mile!
