Men’s Pick Up Basketball
Come play at Men’s Open Basketball on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 am. Lunchtime pick up Monday-Friday 12:00-1:15pm at the YMCA! Free to members – others must buy a daily pass or be a guest of a member (with a signed guest pass).
Adult Flag Football League
Come out and play in the best adult recreational flag football league in Southern Connecticut. The Stamford Family YMCA flag football game format is exciting and fast moving. Coed pick-up games are perfect for adult players wanting to combine fitness with recreational sports fun in a relaxed setting. There are no team commitments or season fees. Members play for free and non-members $5 - New players are always welcome.
