The routines feature interval-training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba classes.

Instructor Franky Trofort developed Group Power as a new and innovative way to get in shape while having fun. Franky's Group Power Fitness class gives you the motivation to help create the perfect body through this toning and sculpting workout. His workouts are challenging, fun and safe. He'll help you achieve your goal the right way as quickly as possible.
Total Body Sculpt
Total Body Sculpt is a resistance workout building core strength, flexibility and balance. Our instructor Nataliya Trofort , AFAA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, incorporates functional training, polymerics, pliates, tubing, stability balls, weight ball and free weights into her spirited classes.
