Water Aerobics

Currently, water aerobics are being offered free to members during the morning on Wednesday. We are looking to build a water aerobics community so that we can offer more days and later evening hours for this program. We currently offer water aerobics on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00-10:00am and then Aqua Jogging Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 am. Classes are designed to provide an exercise alternative for people who do not enjoy the stress caused on joints from running or biking. Aqua Aerobics are a bit easier and take place in the shallow end, and Aqua Jogging is more challenging and takes place in deep water. No swimming skills are required.

Adult Lap Swim

Our 25-yard pool is divided into 6 lanes and reserved for members who wish to participate in Adult Lap Swimming. Lanes are assigned according to ability and speed.

Family Swim

The perfect time for you and your family to relax and play in the pool is offered every day. An adult member in the pool must accompany children under 10. Non-Swimmers of any age and children using a swim aid must have a parent in the pool no more than an arm’s length away from the child at all times.

Lifeguard Courses

We offer American Red Cross Lifeguarding/CPR & AED/First Aid certification. Classes are taught by the aquatics director and begin this April. Classes run for about 9 hours per week during the evenings and take about one month to complete. Upon completion of the course, participants who pass will be Red Cross Certified Lifeguards and have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification. Click here for more information.
