Y youth sports programs encourage and promote healthy and strong kids, families and communities by placing a priority on family involvement and healthy competition rather than rivalry. Parents are encouraged to be more than mere spectators by contributing their time as volunteer coaches and team parents as well as being their kid’s greatest fan.

PRESCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAMS

Preschool Soccer (Ages 3 - 5)

There are a variety of simple drills and games for introducing your child to the game of soccer. The games focus on dribbling and ball-control skills, allowing kids to focus on the basics as they start growing and learing to use their legs.

Kinder Karate (Ages 4 - 5)

This program is designed to help your child grow in a variety of important areas. The lessons are specially created for children to develop confidence and self discipline.

SCHOOL AGE SPORTS PROGRAMS

Basketball Fundamentals (Ages 5 - 8)

Basketball Fundamentals will put a strong emphasis on basics of the game. It will teach them the fundamentals of shooting include proper foot alignment, leg bend, hand position, arm angle, and follow through. But most of all, to enjoy the game of basketball and have fun.

Karate (Ages 6 - 13)

Come join this wonderful class that will not only help you learn the basic principles and fundamentals of martial arts, but will also help you get into shape. Students will learn basic Karate. Each session will cover muscle to endurance, while learning self discipline.

Youth Indoor Soccer (Ages 6 - 12)

All participants will learn fundamental skills associated with the game of soccer. Classes will include mini team games so that participants can utilize the skills they learn during the drill sessions.

Basketball Fundamentals (Ages 9 - 12)

Players can get many repetitions in a short period of time and work on the most important basketball fundamentals at once including dribbling, passing, pivoting, ball swings, jump-stops, and the triple threat. You will also improve explosiveness on the basketball court.
